How do I book?

What is the $40 deposit for?
It holds your spot and comes off your cleaning total. It's non-refundable. Unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours' notice.
What if you miss a spot?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it, free.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a door code or leave a key. Tell us how to get in when you book.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. We bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd rather we use your own products, leave them out and tell us in the notes.
What if I have pets?
That's fine. Tell us about them in the notes, and please keep them secured or out of the way while we work.
Do you offer regular cleanings?
Yes. Weekly visits save 15%, every 2 weeks 10%, and monthly 5%. Move-in and move-out cleans are one time.
How do I pay?
The $40 deposit is paid online by card when you book. The rest is due once the clean is done, and we send the payment details with your confirmation.
What isn't included?
We don't move heavy furniture, wash outside windows, or clean mold, biohazards or pest messes. Ask if you're not sure.
