How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on four things: how big your home is, the type of clean, any extras, and how often you book. Here's how each one moves the price, with our own prices so you can see real numbers.
1. Home size
Bigger homes take longer. We price by bedrooms, from a studio or one bedroom up to four or more.
2. The type of clean
A regular clean covers the core list. A deep clean adds baseboards, inside windows, door frames, cabinet fronts and tile and grout. A move-in or move-out clean adds the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets.

Each size includes some bathrooms: 1 for Studio / 1 bed, 2 for 2 and 3 bed, 3 for 4 and 5 bed, 4 for 6+ bed. Each extra bathroom adds: Standard +$20, Deep +$35, Move-in/out +$40.
3. Extras
Add only what you need. Extras a clean already includes are never charged.

A Deep clean includes baseboards and inside windows. A move-in or move-out clean includes the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, baseboards and inside windows.
4. How often you book
Regular visits cost less: weekly saves 10%, every 2 weeks 7%, and monthly 5%. Move-in and move-out cleans are one time.
An example
Say you want a Deep clean of a 3-bed home: that's $405. Add the inside of the oven for $35. Book it weekly and you save 10% on both.
What about the deposit?
The $40 deposit holds your time, and it comes off your total, so it isn't an extra cost. We confirm your exact price before we clean.
