How often should you have your home cleaned?
There's no single right answer. The best schedule depends on who lives there, how you use the space, and how clean you like it. Here's how to choose.
Weekly
Best for busy homes: kids, pets, several people, or anyone who works from home. Nothing gets a chance to build up, and each visit stays quick. Weekly visits save 10%.
Every two weeks
A good middle ground for couples and smaller households. The home stays fresh, and you handle quick tidying in between. Every-two-weeks visits save 7%.
Monthly
Works if you keep up with daily tidying and want a proper reset once a month: kitchen, bathrooms and floors done right. Monthly visits save 5%.
Signs you need a clean more often
- Pet hair or dust builds up within days.
- Someone at home has allergies.
- The bathrooms or kitchen need attention well before the next visit.
- You're spending your weekends cleaning.
Start with a deep clean
If it's been a while, start with one deep clean to reset everything, then keep it there with regular visits.
What regular visits cost
Prices for a Standard clean by home size, before any repeat discount:
| Home size | Standard |
|---|---|
| Studio / 1 bed | $150 |
| 2 bed | $185 |
| 3 bed | $235 |
| 4 bed | $280 |
| 5 bed | $340 |
| 6+ bed | $400 |
Each size includes some bathrooms: 1 for Studio / 1 bed, 2 for 2 and 3 bed, 3 for 4 and 5 bed, 4 for 6+ bed. Each extra bathroom adds: Standard +$20.
